Expansion Store Sync

A multi-store synchronisation system, shipped as a Shopify app. It keeps catalogues in sync from a master store to many expansion storefronts: products, variants, collections and inventory, with per-field mapping, exclusion rules and price transformations.

A Redis-backed job queue processes sync events in order with retries and dead-letter handling. It has synced over 1.5 million product updates from a single store network in under 24 hours.

Shopify Theme Template

A front-end build platform for Shopify storefronts: TypeScript web components, Vite and Tailwind CSS, plus a GitHub Actions pipeline that builds, lints, type-checks and deploys to Shopify.

Branches map to environments: dev creates preview themes, main deploys to live, and locale merging preserves the client's own translations.
